POST 7: PERSONAL OPINIONS

Hi! Today i will write on my blog about different topic of today.
With regard to tattoos, I think that tattoos are a way to express feelings or a way to forever shape a memory or landscape. Honestly I love tattoos, I have one on my back, it means the hills and sea that is in the North of Chile, it presents me totally, because I’ m from the North. Soon I want to make another tattoo.

About legalizing marijuana and other drugs, in my opinion I’ m in favor of the legalizing marijuana because it is proven to be medicinal, helps people with epilepsy or other seizure disorders. It also helps reduce depression and relieve anxiety. Also, cannabis is less toxic than other substances such as alcohol. I personally smoke marijuana casually.

Regarding ‘’barras bravas’’, I think it’s part of the folklore of football, especially Chile. Honestly, I really like how barras bravas participate in football matches. I like the Barra Brava of the ‘’Cruzados’’, because I’m from the Universidad Católica jaja. The Barras Bravas are in charge of encouraging during matches, singing and attacking rivals.  The only bad thing about Barra Brava is that sometimes they are violent.

With regard to legalizing abortion, in my opinion I’m in favor of the legalizing abortion, because the woman is the one who must decide on her body. I’m against the fact that the Catholic Crurch and the conservative sectors of politics are the ones that decide whether to legalize abortion.

POST 5 : ANIMALS AND PETS

Hi! Today i will write about animals and pets. I sincerely love animals and especially dogs. When I was 10 years old, they gave me a dog for Christmas. I was so nervous that I did not know what name to put. I chose Bobby; although I say fat, love of my life, etc. Bobby is a mixed breed dog. My dog is very quiet and cute; he loves to sleep (same as me). Bobby is 9 years old, he is very old. . My life without Bobby would be horrible, I would miss his presence very much, I would miss him when he got home. I know it's the cycle of life, but when Bobby dies, a part of me will die too. This year he will turn 10 years old with me and I am very happy with him. My family loves him even if the urinates in the armchairs when he’s alone. I would like to be a dog, because they lead a very quiet life, they sleep a lot and nobody bothers them, it’s the perfect life. I would also like to be a little bird, because I would like fly and know different places of the world

POST 9: CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

Hi! I'm a student of Social Work of the University of Chile. I’m in the second year of the career. The career lasts five years , every time there is les to finish the career!!. This semester i have these subjects: Epistemology of the social sciences, social Justice and citizenship, social psychology, economy level 1 and statistics level 2. Also by obligation I must take english, i’m level pre-intermediate. This year, my favorite subject has been social psychology, this subject is very interesting and the teacher is very clever <3. Regard to Workload, there is a loooot of academic load, which as a student has affected me a lot, i suffer from anxiety. About the lenght of studies, the duration of the race I consider ridiculous, we have many subjects that don’t serve us, for example: cfgs. It should also change the evaluation method and teachers should consider that we have many subjects and some are more priority tan the others. About the teachers and ther teaching me...

POST 4: MY FUTURE JOB

Hi! Today I will write about my future work.   Although there is still a lot to finish the career and decide on what to work (This generates a lot of anxiety) but I’m thinking of working in prison. I imagine this work very interesting but very painful, because I must see the reality of people in jail. I would like to work outdoor, because we can better understand the needs of people in the prison.   I would like to work for my job because, I love traveling and getting to know different cities. I would like to work in a government office, because I want to specialize in the prison public politics but I would like to go to the jails to be closer to the reality of the people in the prison. In a more time I would like to go live in Iquique and work there. I really don’t care about the salary. I would like to work near my house in the Iquique (although everything is close there).
